*Accommodation for more people than specified is PROHIBITED! The maximum number of occupants at Ami Residence and Ami Residence Forest is five people. The maximum number of occupants at Ami Vanagupės Forest and Ami Penthouse is four people.
Cancellation
Cancellation 30 days in advance – the booking is cancelled with a full refund. Cancellation two weeks in advance – 50% refund.
In case of a no-show on the day of booking, 100% of the prepaid amount is non-refundable in all cases.
Payment:
The accommodation is paid for in advance.
How to cancel a reservation:
If you booked the apartment directly through the website, please contact us by phone or e-mail after reading our cancellation policy. e-mail.
Payment for additional services:
All extra services that have been booked are included in the total price of the reservation, and are payable in advance or on arrival at the apartment.
Pets: Pets are allowed if a prior arrangement has been made with the apartment owner; this service is free of charge.
Compensation for damage: if any of the apartment equipment is lost or damaged, the responsible parties must compensate for the damage at a ratio of 1:2. If guests cannot be accommodated due to the occurrence of damage, the full price of the apartment must be paid while the damage is being repaired.
There is a charge of EUR 10 for lost keys.
WHILE IN THE APARTMENT, IT IS PROHIBITED TO:
Rearrange the furniture (without approval from the administration)
Store flammable materials
Damage the apartment equipment or leave electrical appliances switched on
Accommodate more occupants than is indicated
Fail to report broken apartment equipment to the owner.
Keep aggressive animals that could harm other people.
Smoke. For the safety of our guests, all rooms are equipped with fire alarms.
Leave young children unattended
Invite outsiders to enter, or hold parties or other gatherings.
GUESTS LIVING IN THE APARTMENT MUST:
Follow the general rules.
Pay immediately for all services rendered (exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis).
Hand over the keys to the person in charge when leaving the apartment.
Strictly follow the fire safety rules.
Make sure that all electrical appliances (lights, TV, etc.) are properly turned off when leaving the apartment.
Remember to check that all hot and cold water taps are turned off tightly.
When going out, make sure that the apartment is securely locked and that no outsiders can enter.
